Refunds policy

In one sentence: if within the 30 days following your purchase you are not happy, write to us and we will refund your money. No interrogations and without you having to justify it.

Why 30 days

It is what the benchmark shops in the sector offer (Elementor, Elegant Themes and most plugin shops, whose payments are managed by Freemius, give 30 days) and it is more than the law requires. It is also easier to understand than policies with conditions: if it is not for you, you do not pay.

How to request it

Write to us at [email protected] from the email address you bought with, or reply to any of our emails. It is enough to say that you want the refund.
If you tell us what went wrong, you help us fix it for the next person. If you do not want to tell us anything, that is fine too.
We reply and, if it is within the 30 days, we approve the refund.
The money is refunded to the same means of payment, normally in 5 to 7 business days after approving it (the exact time depends on your bank).

What it covers

New purchases of any plan.
Renewals and upgrades: if you renew and change your mind, we also refund it within those 30 days. Many shops exclude renewals; we do not.

What happens to the licence

When the amount is refunded, the licence is cancelled: you stop receiving new versions and support. Your site keeps working with the version you have installed, as always.

What we do not cover

Keys that have been resold or shared publicly, or used abusively.
Purchases made with fraudulent means of payment or by impersonating someone else.

Your legal rights

This 30-day warranty is in addition to the rights that the law grants you: the legal warranty of conformity for digital content and services remains in force and is not affected by what is said here. If you are a consumer, you keep your right of withdrawal (14 days, as set out in the Terms and conditions) (in the case of digital content delivered instantly, only if you did not give your express consent to start immediately and were informed that you were losing that right).
