20 stores to test it before anyone else

We are looking for twenty WooCommerce stores willing to use Encadena SIF for real, with their own orders and their own certificate, and to tell us what breaks. In exchange, the Pro version that comes later will be free for a year.

This is not a finished product yet: it is a testing programme. It can fail and it can break things. Test on a copy of the store or against the AEAT test environment, never on the site that is taking orders.

What we ask: seven tests, twenty minutes

We do not want a general opinion. We want you to do this and tell us what happens.

1. Activate the plugin and upload the certificate.
2. Issue the invoice for a real order (or a copy with the same product).
3. Void that invoice.
4. Issue a credit note.
5. Scan the QR and check that AEAT matches it.
6. Try an order with mixed VAT (21% and 4%) or with shipping.
7. Tell us in one line which screen you did not understand.

The sixth test is the one that surfaces the most failures and the one fewest people run. If you can only do one, do that one.

What you get

• Pro free for a year when it exists. There is no Pro today: what you get is the promise in writing, dated, and the licence as soon as it is ready.
• You decide what Pro is. When the beta closes, the three most requested things go in. Testers do not receive the product: they design it.
• A direct line to the developer, on Telegram, no support queue.
• Your name in the changelog when your report leads to a fix, if you want it there.
• Early access to every release before it ships.

How it works

If you are an accountant or an agency running several stores, say so in the form: you come in with all of them and get access for each one.

The context, in two lines

Veri*factu requires invoicing software to keep chained records and to be able to submit them to AEAT. The dates in force are January and July 2027, and the Treasury has announced its intention to move it to October 2028; that change is not published yet. In short: there is time, but the software has to be ready. That is why we test now and not in June 2027.
