Free theme · Estate agents
Anyone looking for a flat wants to see the photo, the price, the square metres and the phone number. And to know whether it is still available.
Andamio is a block theme for agencies that sell, rent and value houses: the first screen says what the agency does and how to book an appointment, then the property portfolio, the neighbourhoods it works in, the figures that hold it up and the close with the office, the opening hours and the phone number. Four colour palettes to change the feel with one click, with no custom JavaScript and without asking anything of an outside server.

This is not a mock-up. This is the theme's home page running, with its sample properties and its sixteen photos.

The full demo is seven pages. They all open without JavaScript: they are the theme as it comes, with its photos and its stylesheet.
The theme ships the portfolio written by hand in the editor: six listings with the operation, the price, the address and the square metres. That way it works on its own, without installing anything. With the companion plugin, that same grid is filled by the agency from its dashboard.

Every listing's page, in full: the price with its badges and the reduction, the photo gallery, everything the property has, the building details, the energy label with its letter, where it is and what is nearby, and how to book a viewing. And three similar properties at the end.

Measured in the theme you download, not in a list of promises.
theme.json: they are changed from the editor, with the whole site falling into line on its own.The same home page with the four combinations the theme ships. The default one is the lime and green.

.zip and upload it in Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme.Seven demo pages to see them up close. None of them carries JavaScript: they are the theme as it comes.

Yes, GPL licence, with no paid version and no missing modules. You download it, upload it and use it on your clients' sites or in your own agency.
No. The theme works on its own, with a property portfolio edited by hand in the editor. The plugin adds what a theme cannot: a "Property" content type with price, m², bedrooms and gallery, the filters by operation, area and price, the property page with a map and the viewing form. It ships separately because not everyone wants it, not because the theme asks for it.
Yes. There are four palettes ready —lime and green, harbour blue, terracotta and gold and black— that are changed with one click in Styles → Variations, without touching code. And any colour can be adjusted by hand in Styles → Colours. The two typefaces (Inter for the headlines and Roboto for the body text) come inside the theme as woff2 files: they are not requested from Google or anyone else.
Yes, and there is nothing to change. Andamio is a services theme: it has no cart, no product grids and not a single call to WooCommerce. If the site has the shop set up, the theme unhooks it from the header so that a cart that has no business here does not show up.
Four: Spanish, English, Catalan and French, with their files inside the theme and their translation contexts. If the site is in a language with no file, the theme switches to English instead of leaving your site in Spanish without warning.
Yes. The sixteen photos travel with the theme, under a free licence, and you can swap them for your own as soon as you set it up. The prices, addresses and phone numbers shown are samples.
